These Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") apply between you (referred to as "Customer," "you," "your") and Rozh (referred to as "Rozh," "the Company," "we," "us/our"). These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of and orders placed on the website www.rozh.nl.

By using this website and/or placing an order, we assume you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue using www.rozh.nl if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

All Terms and Conditions refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to meet the Customer's needs in relation to the provision of the services/products listed, in accordance with and subject to applicable law in the Netherlands.

We may change these Terms and Conditions without notice. The Terms and Conditions that apply to your order are always the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time you place your order, not any later version. 3. Terms of Sale

By placing an order on www.rozh.nl, you agree to purchase an item under these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

3.1 The Customer

To place an order with Rozh, you must be at least 18 years of age, a consumer (not a reseller), and possess a valid credit or debit card with which you can make payments. You are responsible for providing truthful information necessary to process your order. 3.2 Order Confirmation

When you place an order at www.rozh.nl, you will receive an automated email confirming your order.

3.3 Right of Rejection

It is possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. We may decide not to accept your order. In that case, we will contact you within 48 hours of your order. Your payment will be refunded within 7 business days.

Reasons for not accepting your order include:

  • The item is out of stock.

  • You have not paid the amount due on time.

  • We have determined that the product information on the website was incorrect, including the price.

  • We suspect fraudulent activity.

  • Shipping restrictions apply to a product.

3.4 Product Quality

Rozh strives to be as accurate as possible. However, Rozh does not guarantee that product descriptions and website content are accurate, error-free, complete, or up-to-date. It is also possible that the product appears slightly different on your screen than it does in reality. This can be caused by variations in, for example, image acquisition and display technologies. Rozh is not responsible for such discrepancies.

4. Price and Payment

4.1 Price

The prices shown on www.rozh.nl include 21% Dutch VAT. Prices are quoted in euros. The website may automatically convert these prices to your local currency. Prices exclude payment and delivery charges.

The price shown is only valid at that time. Prices are subject to change at any time. You will pay the price applicable at the time your order is completed.

If we discover an error in the price of an item or items you have ordered, we will notify you of the price change by email and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be canceled. Rozh reserves the right to cancel an order before we have accepted it. If we have already received payment for a canceled order, we will refund you the purchase price. We are unable to compensate you for any price differences with refunds or extra orders.

4.2 Payment

Full payment is due upon purchase, after which orders will be shipped. This may include special fees or billing charges, shipping taxes, and other relevant items.

We accept payments with iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Mobile Pay, and UnionPay.

When paying by card, you will be asked for your card number, expiration date, and CVC code. We use MasterCard SecureCode and SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card data. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validity checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer declines or does not authorize the payment for any reason, you will be notified immediately at checkout.

4.3. Taxes

Please note that local charges (customs duties, sales tax) may apply, depending on your region and local customs regulations. These charges are your responsibility.

5. Delivery

5.1 Shipping Partners

Orders can be shipped to countries in the European Union, plus Norway, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Shipping is handled by our partners PostNL and DHL, in cooperation with their local shipping partners. Rozh is not liable for errors during transport.

5.2 Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Your order will be packed and prepared for shipment once your payment has been completed.

We aim to deliver your order within the number of days indicated for your country in the table above. However, delivery may sometimes take longer. This is usually due to busy delivery services. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

If you have not received your order within the number of days indicated for your country in the table above, please contact our customer service. Please note that we are not responsible for delays resulting from postal delays.

6. Returns

6.1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal form (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0931/1109/1575/files/Withdrawal_Form.pdf?v=1756062869) and return the document to us.

We will begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. Therefore, it may be unavoidable that the product will no longer be shipped. Only if we have not yet sent a shipping confirmation we are able to stop the shipment. Therefore, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

6.2 Right of Return

You have the right to return purchased items within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. You can request a return by email: rozh@rozh.nl.

Unless otherwise stated, Rozh and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all material on Rozh.

You are not allowed to:

Rozh will not be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or content of our Website, including damages caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or incompleteness of the information on the Website.
